A coaching system
Assess → Identify → Plan → Coach → Monitor → Progress → Modify → Refer. The way experienced coaches actually think.
Real clients, real limits
PCOS and thyroid, diabetes, L4–L5 and knee pain, busy schedules, beginners and athletes — not just ideal clients.
Proof anyone can check
Your certificate carries your Fit Lab ID and a QR code that opens your public verification page.
Get found for work
Certified members show on the Hire-a-Coach list, and gyms on The Fit Lab hire through it.

From sign-up to certificate
- Create your account and pay ₹99
UPI, cards or net banking, securely through Razorpay. Takes about a minute. - Learn one chapter a day
Each day unlocks when you finish the one before. Revise any day later. - Pass the timed exam
One question at a time, 60 seconds each, no going back. Leaving the page cancels the paper and you start again with new questions — so every pass is earned. - Get your certificate
The Academy reviews your result and issues a QR-verified certificate with your Fit Lab ID. It shows on your profile and your public verification page.

Before you join
What does ₹99 include?
Everything: the course (or direct exam entry), 3 exam attempts, your certificate and your public verification page. No hidden fees and nothing renews.
Is it fully online?
Yes — on your phone or laptop. Lessons are in English and take about 25 minutes a day. Access never expires.
Full course or direct certification — which should I pick?
If you train clients already and know your basics, go direct and take the exam now. If you're new or want structure, take the full course — the exam comes after Day 30. Both cost ₹99 and lead to the same certificate.
How is the exam kept fair?
Questions come one at a time with 60 seconds each, the order and options are shuffled for every person, and you can't go back. Switching apps or tabs, leaving full screen or closing the page cancels the paper — you start again with new questions. Three cancelled papers in a day lock the exam for 24 hours. Cancelled papers don't use your 3 attempts.
Is the certificate recognised?
It is The Fit Lab Academy's own certificate. Each one has a QR code and your Fit Lab ID, so anyone — a gym, a client — can check it's genuine in seconds. It is not a government or university qualification.
What if I don't pass?
You get 3 attempts. Study the chapters you found hard, then try again when you're ready.
Refunds?
Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires or a payment was taken in error — see our terms. Write to hello@thefitlab.in and we'll look at every request.
