These terms apply when you use The Fit Lab website or apps. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Your account

• Use your real name and keep your profile accurate. Don't claim qualifications, jobs or certificates you don't hold.
• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account per person. Pages may be created only by people who work for or own the business.

Community conduct

• Keep it professional. Abuse, harassment, threats, sexual content and dating approaches are not allowed and are blocked automatically.
• No nudity, sexual content or anything illegal in photos or files — including violence, drugs, weapons and anything involving minors. Gym, physique, sports and swimwear photos are fine. Every photo is checked on your device before it is uploaded, and photos that may break this rule are reviewed by our team.
• Don't post photos of other people without their consent, including clients' transformation photos.
• Don't spam, scam, sell fake certificates or promote banned substances.
• We may hide content, pause or remove access, or close accounts that break these rules. Courses and certificates you have earned are not affected by a pause.

Health and fitness advice

Content on The Fit Lab, including Academy courses, is for education. It is not medical advice. Members who coach clients are responsible for their own work, qualifications and insurance.

Jobs and services

Employers and members who post jobs or offer services are responsible for them. The Fit Lab is not a party to any job, booking or agreement made between members, and doesn't guarantee any outcome.

Academy and certificates

Certificates are issued when you pass the course exam and our review. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or with false information, and the public verification page will show that.

Premium

• Premium is paid for one month or one year at a time through Razorpay. It does not renew automatically.
• Each plan's features are listed on the Premium page. Free trials are one per member.
• Payments are not refundable except where the law requires or a payment was taken in error. Write to us and we'll look at every request.

Your content

You own what you post. You let The Fit Lab show it to other members and in the apps so the service can work. You can delete your posts at any time.

Liability

The Fit Lab is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for what members do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Changes and contact

We'll tell members inside The Fit Lab before important changes to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: hello@thefitlab.in.
